PRE-EXERCISE ASSESSMENT AND PROGRAM DELIVERY
(This package is for clients presenting with underlying health issues or challenges and/or on medications for chronic conditions that may be contraindicators to exercise)
Part 1: Comprehensive Health & Fitness Discovery Session (1-1.5hr) includes:
- Exercise Pre-Screen Assessment: Health, medical and injury review, brief nutrition consultation, goal identification and strategies for success discussion
- Physical Assessment
- Aerobic Fitness
- Girth measurements, BP and resting and active HR
- Strength test
- Mobility test
- Flexibility test
- Balance & Stability tests
Armed with the results from this comprehensive assessment your Health and Fitness Coach is able to accurately design an exercise program in line with your individual needs, abilities and goals.
Part 2: PT session – a 1 hour delivery of your individually designed exercise program
JUMP Start
4 week (8 session) commitment package – A commitment to yourself
Why a 4 week package? Generally speaking, it takes a minimum of 4 weeks to:
- Become more comfortable in an exercise environment and more familiar with your surroundings
- Become more proficient with form and technique of prescribed movements
- Create the regularity and frequency needed to allow your body to start adapting to change
- Begin to feel the benefits of your hard work and commitment

Terms
All sessions and packages must be paid prior to commencement. Where there is an allocated timeframe, all sessions must be used within that timeframe. Strict Cancellation Policy applies (see Health & Fitness Coaching Agreement)
